Text message program
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Sitesui is a property inspection and work-order platform built for property managers, community associations and inspectors. When a customer sends a job to one of their vendors, Sitesui can deliver it as a text message, and the vendor can answer by text. This page describes that program.
Paused today. Texts are paused while our text-message number finishes carrier verification; until they are back, the job goes by email with a link the vendor answers from.
Who receives texts
Only vendors and tradespeople a Sitesui customer has added to their own vendor list, and only after that vendor has agreed by text. Sitesui never texts anyone who has not replied YES, never buys or shares lists, and never sends marketing.
How a vendor agrees
- A customer adds a vendor to their list with a mobile number. The form tells them a text will be sent and that the vendor decides.
- Sitesui sends that number one invitation, from a toll-free number, naming the customer and asking for a YES. Nothing else is sent until then.
- The vendor replies YES. From then on, work orders that customer sends them arrive as texts.
If the customer changes the number on file, the new number gets a fresh invitation and must agree on its own. Agreement is per person, never per list.
What is sent
- The invitation — once per number: who added you, why, and how to say yes or no.
- Work orders — a job the customer sent you: what, where, how urgent, and a link that opens that one job, with its photos, and lets you accept, give a date, quote a price, or mark it done. No account is needed.
- Replies — when the customer accepts or declines your quote, or writes back on a job.
- Confirmations — a one-line reply when you text back YES, DONE, a price, or a note, so you know it landed.
Message frequency depends on how many jobs the customer sends you. A busy relationship might be a few texts a week; a quiet one, none for months. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts from Sitesui. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for support information, or email hello@sitesui.app. Stopping texts does not affect the jobs themselves — the customer can still reach you the way they always have.
Privacy
The text of each message, the number it went to or came from, and the carrier's delivery status are kept as part of the work order's record in the customer's workspace. Messages are delivered by Twilio. Your number is never shown to other customers or used for anything but the jobs the customer who added you sends. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
What the vendor sees
The form the customer fills in, and the text that reaches the vendor.

Phone
Mobile numbers get the job by text as well. Add one only if the vendor has agreed to hear from you by text; they can reply STOP at any time.
