Sitesui · Section 8 / HQS
An HQS inspection app for Section 8: pre-inspect on your phone and fix what would fail.
Walk the unit against the Section 8 / HQS checklist (smoke detectors, two means of egress, heat and water heater, electrical outlets, no lead paint…), photograph anything marginal, and turn it into work orders before the PHA inspector arrives.
If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.

Questions
Section 8 / HQS: what people ask
Is the HQS checklist official?
It's a practical pre-inspection checklist modeled on the Housing Quality Standards areas; it's a tool to catch what commonly fails, not a substitute for your PHA's own inspection form.
Can I edit it?
Yes — add your PHA's local requirements as items and reorder freely.
