Writing about field inspection software?
Boilerplate, logo files and a straight line to a real person — no PR firm in between.
Boilerplate
Copy-paste description
Sitesui is HOA inspection and follow-through software for community association management companies, and field inspection software for property managers and inspectors: walk each property on your phone, send the board-ready report when you finish, and track every finding as a work order until it is fixed — with residents reporting issues into the same queue.
Angles
What is actually different, if you need a hook
- It speaks the trade. A builder sees jobs, walkthroughs, punch items and subs; a host sees listings, turnover checks and guests; a property manager sees units, move-ins and vendors. Same product, different words, chosen once at signup.
- From a walk to a signed quote. The Poor and Fair findings from an inspection become the lines of a quote, each with its photos. The client accepts on their phone with a signature, asks questions on the same page, and every accepted line becomes a tracked work order.
- Nobody outside the team needs a login. Vendors reply from a link, residents report through a QR code, clients sign from an email. Access is one record per link, revocable, and every action is attributed by name.
- Flat pricing, no seats. Pro is $29 a month for the whole workspace, however many inspectors carry a phone.
