Is the free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no credit card. You get one inspection a month with full branded reports. Reports carry a small “Powered by Sitesui.” Need more than one a month? That's Pro.
How much is Pro?
$12/month, or $99/year (two months free) — for the whole workspace, not per user. It unlocks unlimited inspections, inspectors and video, one-tap work orders, move-in/move-out comparison, Pinpoint resident reporting (link + QR), owner links to a property's inspection history, and removes the “Powered by Sitesui” line from your reports. Cancel anytime — no lock-in.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Every feature is in Pro — Business doesn't hold anything back to sell you later. It's $39/month (or $329/year) for two things: your reports and pages carry only your brand, with no Sitesui name anywhere your client can see, including share links, owner links and the resident report form; and your support tickets are answered first, starting with an onboarding call to set up your templates and portfolio with you. If your clients never see the reports, stay on Pro.
Is it per seat?
No — neither paid plan is. Pro and Business are both one flat price for the whole workspace with unlimited inspectors. A ten-person team pays the same as a one-person team.
Does it work offline, with no signal on site?
Yes. Capture inspections and photos with no connection — a basement, a new build, a dead zone — and Sitesui syncs automatically when you're back online.
Who owns the photos and data?
You do. Your records export to CSV any time, and every report — with its original photos and signatures — downloads as a PDF or ZIP. Leaving is as easy as joining.
Can I import my existing checklists?
You can rebuild your templates in Sitesui and import property lists by CSV. On Pro we'll help you migrate.
Do you integrate with my PMS?
Today you can move data in and out by CSV and share reports by link. Native AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, and Zapier connections are on the roadmap — tell us which one you need and it moves up the list.
