One place you walk and report on: an association, a site, a building, a job. Free includes 3, Pro 20, Business and Multi-site have no limit. An association is one property, and its homes are not counted unless you add them to Sitesui as units.

Only if you add them. A common-area walk needs no units, so an association added without any counts as one — a firm with forty associations and no units added uses forty of its 5,000 on Business. If you add each home as a unit (for per-home walks, say), each one counts: the ceiling is 1,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business and 25,000 on Multi-site, and above that we quote a plan. That is the only sense in which a home is counted; the price never is per door.

Yes — free forever, no credit card. Every workspace starts with 14 days of Business; after that Free gives you 3 inspections a month on up to 3 properties, with full branded reports. Nothing you made on the trial is deleted: anything past the Free limits waits, and comes back the moment you subscribe.

$29/month, or $290/year — for the whole workspace, not per user. Unlimited inspections and inspectors on up to 20 properties, one-tap work orders with vendor dispatch, quotes, bulk scheduling, comparison, resident reporting, owner, board and client links, webhooks, and no “Powered by Sitesui” on your PDFs. Cancel any time.

Size and who sees it. Business is $99/month (or $990/year) per company: unlimited properties and managers, so a management firm pays one flat rate however many associations or sites it runs; your brand alone on every page a board, owner or resident opens; and priority support: your messages are answered first. Pro has the same owner, board and client links; on Pro the pages they open carry a small “Powered by Sitesui”. If you run up to 20 places and that line is fine, Pro is enough.

If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full. After that, cancel any time from Settings → Billing and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Chains and districts. It's $299/month (or $2,990/year) for up to 25,000 units and the three things a regional operation needs on top of Business: a district manager limited to their own regions, the Coverage page that grades every site against its cadence and rolls it up by region with a per-region CSV, and a Monday digest to each region's managers. Site codes, regions on properties, location proof and photo stamps are on every plan — Multi-site is what you do with them across hundreds of sites.

Creating an account is free and does not require a card. A paid subscription starts only when you complete Stripe checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically; annual plans are charged for the full year upfront. Cancel from Settings → Billing before renewal to return to Free at the end of your paid period. Existing records stay available; paid features and Business branding end when paid access ends. If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full. After those 30 days, started billing periods are non-refundable except as described in our Terms.

A property with units counts each unit; a property with none counts as one — so a 40-door building is 40 and a single-family home is 1. Free covers 10, Pro 1,000, Business 5,000 and Multi-site 25,000. A property that would take you past the unit ceiling or the plan's property limit is saved and held instead of refused — readable, no new walks on it until the plan has room, released by itself on upgrade or when you archive another. Nothing you already have is touched. Storage (1 / 50 / 200 / 500 GB) is fair use, not a meter — we never delete your evidence, and every plan can export it at any time.

Send your checklist and your community or property list — the form at sitesui.com/setup, or an email to hello@sitesui.app — and we'll build your first community for you — the checklist as a template, the properties imported — free, by email, with no call to book. Or do it yourself in minutes: import your properties from a spreadsheet saved as CSV (Properties → Import), start from the closest of the 30 library templates and choose Copy and customize, and add your logo and colour in Settings → Branding.

No — no paid plan is. Pro, Business and Multi-site are each one flat price for the whole workspace with unlimited inspectors. A ten-person team pays the same as a one-person team.

Yes. Capture inspections and photos with no connection — a basement, a new build, a dead zone — and Sitesui syncs automatically when you're back online.

You do. Your records export to CSV any time, and every report — with its uploaded photos and signatures — downloads as a PDF or ZIP. Leaving is as easy as joining.

Property lists import from a spreadsheet saved as CSV. A checklist in a Word or Excel document doesn't import as a file — rebuild it in the template editor from the closest library template, or email it to hello@sitesui.app and we'll build it into a template for you.

Pro includes webhooks: every completed inspection, opened or completed work order, and resident report is sent as a signed JSON event to Zapier, Make, or your own system — which is how you can push work orders into AppFolio, Buildium, or a spreadsheet today. Data also moves in and out by CSV, and reports share by link. Native AppFolio, Buildium and Yardi connections are on the roadmap; tell us which one you need.
