Sitesui · Free inspection app
A free property inspection app: 3 inspections a month, forever — here is exactly what that includes.
The Free plan is not a trial. It is 3 inspections a month on up to 3 properties (10 units), with every template, offline capture, photos, annotation, e-signatures, a branded PDF and share links. The report carries a small “Powered by Sitesui” line. This page lists what is in and what is not, so nobody finds the edge mid-walk.
If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.

An email and a password, or Google on the web. Say what you do, or skip it. The workspace exists; the first walk is one tap away.
Walk it offline
Pick a template — all 30 built-ins and your own are on Free — and rate items with one tap. Photos, annotation, voice notes and up to three short video clips per inspection, all saved on the phone with no signal and synced when it returns.
Send the report
Complete, and the branded PDF exists with your logo and color. Share by link or email, export the ZIP, take an e-signature on the phone or through a link. All of it on Free.

What changes
The outcomes
- The limits, in one line: 3 inspections a month, 3 properties, 10 units, 1 GB of evidence storage, one workspace owner
- Included: every template, custom templates, offline capture, photos, annotation, voice notes, e-signatures, branded PDF, share links, ZIP export
- Not on Free: one-tap work orders, Pinpoint resident reporting, move-in/move-out comparison, team members — those are Pro
- Free does not expire. Upgrade or don't; your inspections stay exportable either way
Questions
Free inspection app: what people ask
Is it really free, or a trial?
Free, and it does not expire: 3 inspections a month, forever, with no card on file. The counter resets on the first of each month. It is not the full product — work orders, resident reporting, comparison and team logins are Pro — but a walk, its photos and a branded, signed PDF are all on Free.
Does the free app work offline?
Yes, on every plan. Ratings, notes, photos and video save on the phone and upload when the connection returns; a small offline indicator shows while you're disconnected.
Is there a watermark on the PDF?
Not a watermark — a small “Powered by Sitesui” line in the footer. Your logo, color and contact details are still on the cover and every page. Pro removes the line.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
You can keep walking. The inspection past the allowance is saved in full, photos and all, but its report, share link and PDF are held until the workspace is on a paid plan; upgrading releases it with nothing to redo. A new month brings 3 inspections again but does not release a report held the month before. Everything completed within the allowance stays open, shareable and exportable.
What does Pro cost?
$29/month or $290/year, flat for the whole workspace: unlimited inspections and inspectors, up to 20 properties (1,000 units); Business ($99/month) takes unlimited properties (5,000 units). Cancel any time and the workspace returns to Free.
