Sitesui · Independent inspectors
An inspection report app for independent inspectors: a signed, branded report before you leave the driveway.
You already do the hard part. Sitesui makes the report instant: your logo and colors on a clean PDF, timestamped photo evidence, the client's e-signature captured on your phone or through a link.
If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.
How it works for you

Set your brand once
Upload your logo, pick a color. From then on every report — and every share page — is yours. Free plan shows a small 'Powered by Sitesui'; Pro removes it.

Choose from 30 built-in templates or build your own with your exact items. Rate with one tap, add a photo, annotate it with an arrow or circle right there.
Sign & send
Complete → the PDF is ready. Client signs on your phone or gets a secure signing link. Send it, share it, export the evidence ZIP for your records.

Questions
Independent inspectors: what people ask
Can I use my own checklist?
Yes. Build custom templates with your own sections and items in the template editor; they show up first when you start an inspection.
Does the client need an account to sign or view?
No. Signing links and report links open in any browser — no login, no app. Links expire automatically and can be revoked.
Is there a per-report charge?
No. Free is 3 inspections a month forever; Pro is $29/month for unlimited inspections on up to 20 properties. Business and Multi-site are flat monthly prices too — every one is on the pricing page, none of them per report.
Can I add video?
Yes. Short clips upload straight from the phone with a poster frame; the PDF links to them so a client can tap to watch.
