A report that mentions gas, smoke, water or exposed wiring is flagged as a safety risk and rises to the top, so it can't sit behind routine requests. When AI is available, Claude also suggests the trade, the urgency and a work-order title.
You decide, always
Every suggestion lands in the inbox as one tap to accept, not an automatic action. On your own walk, tap Record on a voice note, talk, tap Stop — the words are transcribed on the phone where its browser takes dictation, otherwise by a speech service when one is configured; failing both, the audio is kept until someone types it up.

Does AI do the inspection itself?
No. A person walks the property — Sitesui doesn't analyze photos or score condition automatically. The AI's job is reading what residents report and turning your spoken notes into text, not replacing the walk.
What if the AI gets the trade or urgency wrong?
Nothing happens until someone accepts it. Every result sits in the inbox as a suggestion; correcting it is one tap.
Is AI triage on the Free plan?
It's a Pro feature, $29/month for the whole workspace. Free still gets everything else: 3 inspections a month, forever, no card.
Does it listen while I'm inspecting?
No — voice-to-text only runs between tapping Record and tapping Stop on a voice note. Nothing is captured otherwise.
