What's new
Sitesui ships every week. Here's what changed, in the words we'd use to explain it on a walk.
August 31, 2026
Resident reporting, with the typing taken out
- Per-area QR stickers: print a sheet — one for the boiler room, one for each laundry, one for the lobby. Scanning a sticker pre-fills “where is it”, so a resident just adds a photo and taps send.
- Residents can now attach up to 5 photos per report (it was one).
- Reporters get a “we're on it” email the moment their report becomes a work order or moves to in progress — and completing the work order now marks the report resolved and sends the “fixed” email on its own.
- Share kit on the resident-reports inbox: ready-written text and email messages plus your phone's share sheet, so sending residents the link is two taps.
- Duplicate reports can be closed as duplicates — the original keeps the conversation, and the reporter's status page says so.
- Work orders now export to CSV like everything else.

A second paid plan, AI triage for resident reports, and a fix to finishing an inspection
- Fixed: on some inspections the Complete button did nothing. Every item now needs a rating before you finish — a report is evidence in a deposit dispute — but there’s a one-tap “Mark the rest N/A” when items genuinely don’t apply, and the reason is spelled out instead of the button quietly ignoring you.
- AI triage on resident reports (Pro): each report is read for trade, urgency and safety, and anything that looks like a hazard floats to the top of your inbox with a warning — including reports the resident themselves marked routine. It only ever suggests; you decide.
- New plan — Business, $39/month or $329/year: everything in Pro, plus your brand alone on every page a client opens (share links, owner links, the resident report form), tickets answered first, and an onboarding call. Pro and Business both stay flat-rate with unlimited inspectors; there is still no per-seat pricing.
- New built-in template: work-order verification — the before/after walk that proves a repair actually got done.
- Save an impromptu walk’s address as a property in one tap, so it joins your portfolio instead of standing alone.
- On Free, work orders now read as locked rather than looking available and then interrupting your walk — and when this month’s inspection is used, the app says so up front instead of at the end of the form.
- Confirmation dialogs, the plan page and the completed-inspection screen on phones all got a proper design pass.

Routine walks, invite links, and the App Store shell
- Routine walk cadence per property — set “every 3 / 6 / 12 months” and the properties list, the dashboard and the property page tell you what’s due and what’s overdue. “Walk now” starts the right template.
- Invite teammates with a link: they pick their own password and land straight in your workspace. Direct add (temp password) still works.
- Work orders can name a vendor from the property’s vendor list, with a one-tap “Send” email draft; every work order now shows its history (created → assigned → status changes).
- Residents get a status page for each report they send — fewer “did you get it?” calls. Resolved reports have a one-tap “Tell them it’s fixed” email.
- Owner link (Pro): one private, branded page per property with every completed report and the next routine walk — send it to the owner or the board.
- Owners can rename the workspace, transfer ownership, and delete the whole workspace (files, records, logins and subscription) themselves. Members can delete their own login.
- Sitesui for iPhone: the App Store build is in the works — same app, native shell.
- Under the hood: billing and ownership fields are locked at the database, work-order access is enforced by the database on Free, sign-ups are rate-limited.

Resident reporting (Pinpoint) and printable QR posters
- Every workspace gets a branded public report page — put the link on your portal or print the QR poster for lobbies. Reports land in your inbox with location, urgency and a photo, and become work orders in one tap.
- Report options per workspace: license line on the cover, show/hide photos and N/A items.
- Reports show the template they were walked with; the cover no longer hyphenates long titles.

Move-in / move-out comparison, offline capture, and self-serve billing
- Line up two inspections side by side (and in the PDF) — anything that got worse is listed first.
- The walkthrough works offline: ratings, notes and photos queue on the phone and sync when you’re back on signal.
- Pro at $12/month or $99/year with a Stripe checkout, portal and instant activation; a Free plan with one full inspection every month.
- Team workspaces: invite inspectors, roles, per-workspace branding, audit log with CSV export, CSV property import.
Turn the walkthrough into the work that gets done.
