Are the compliance templates official regulatory forms?
They're practical checklists modeled on the common requirements (Section 8/HQS areas, general safety & compliance items) — a tool to catch what commonly gets cited, not a substitute for your regulator's or insurer's own form. You can add your exact local requirements as items.
How do we prove a flagged risk was actually fixed, not just marked done?
Use the Work-order verification template: it's a second, timestamped walk against the same item, so the before and after both exist in the record.
Can we export everything for an audit?
Yes — every completed inspection exports as an evidence ZIP (photos, ratings, signatures, timestamps) alongside the branded PDF.
Is the audit trail tamper-evident?
Every photo and signature is timestamped at capture and tied to the inspector's account. Ratings are tied to the inspection as a whole, not stamped individually — the record is who completed it and when, not a per-rating timestamp. Nothing in a completed report is silently editable after the fact.
