Every tool we're compared with, on one page.
Each comparison states the other product's pricing model and where it's the better fit, then how to move if Sitesui is. No invented prices, no invented features — where we're unsure, the page says to check with them.

Questions
About switching
Why do these pages describe the other tools so generally?
Because their prices and features change and we don't run them. Each page states the other product's pricing model — per unit, per user, quote-based — and where it is genuinely strong, and says to check with them for specifics. Sitesui's own numbers are precise because they're ours.
What's the same about every switch?
Three things: properties come in as a CSV through Properties → Import CSV; checklists are rebuilt as templates or started from a built-in; and old reports stay in the old tool as PDFs — download them before you close the account. The first Sitesui walk on each property becomes the new baseline.
Is there a tool you'd tell me to keep?
Often, and each page says so under “Pick them if”. A licensed home inspector selling buyer reports should stay on a report writer; a plant tracking assets and spare parts wants a CMMS; an operator who needs weighted audit scores wants an audit platform. Sitesui is for recurring property inspections that need to become work and a report.
Try the one that charges per workspace.
Import your properties, rebuild your checklist, run a walk this afternoon. Free to start; flat when you grow.
Free: 3 inspections a month on up to 3 properties, no card. Paid plans from $29/month, one flat price for the whole workspace. Pricing
