Sitesui · Multi-site & retail

A multi-site store walk app: which stores haven't been walked this quarter — and was anyone actually there?

A chain knows a site by its number and rolls it up by region. Sitesui carries the store number and region on every property, report and export, grades each site against its own cadence, and records where the walk started so the PDF cover says whether the inspector was on site.

If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.

How it works for you

A day with Sitesui

1

Import the location list

Upload the CSV you already have. A store #, site ID or location ID column becomes the site code; region, district, market or division becomes the region; a “walk every” column (quarterly) sets the cadence. Rows are de-duplicated by code, so the same file is safe to run twice.

2

Walk every store on the same template

Start from Routine / periodic inspection or Commercial property, make it yours once, and every store gets the same sections in the same order whoever walks it. Tap Start on site and the phone is asked for its position; the report records how far from the store's pin the walk began.

3

Read coverage by region

The Coverage page grades every site with a cadence as current, due soon or overdue, rolls that up by region with a covered ratio, and lists each store that needs a walk with a Walk now link. Export one region as CSV for the district manager who owns it.

What changes

The outcomes

  • Every list, email, PDF and export reads “#482 · Edison”, not just a street address
  • One answer to “which stores are overdue this quarter”, per region, without a spreadsheet
  • The PDF cover says On site, Near site or Off site — from the inspector's position at the moment Start was tapped
  • Findings become work orders with the store attached; the record stays with the site
  • Whole team, one flat $299/month — a hundred inspectors pay the same as one

Questions

Multi-site & retail: what people ask

What does it cost for a chain?

The Multi-site plan is $299/month, or $2,990/year, for the whole workspace: up to 25,000 units, unlimited inspectors and inspections, the Coverage page and per-region CSV, district managers limited to their own regions, a Monday digest to each region's managers, white-label reports and priority support. Store numbers, regions on every site and on-site proof are on every plan, including Free — Multi-site is what you do with them across hundreds of sites.

How many stores can one workspace hold?

Each store is a property. Pro covers 20 stores; Business and Multi-site have no store limit. Units inside a site count toward a ceiling — 25,000 on Multi-site, 5,000 on Business — and a store with no units inside it counts as one. The import tells you how many fit before it sends anything. If your estate is larger than 25,000 units, talk to us before you import.

Can a district manager see only their own region?

Yes, on Multi-site. Under Settings → Team an owner limits a member to one or more regions; from then on that person sees only the sites, inspections, work orders, resident reports and coverage in those regions — enforced by the database's row policies, not just hidden in the interface. Owners and admins always see the whole portfolio.

How does the report know the inspector was on site?

When Start is tapped, the browser asks the phone for its position — once, on that tap, never in the background. The report compares it with the store's map pin: within about 300 m, allowing for the phone's stated accuracy, reads On site; farther reads Near site or Off site with the distance. A refusal, a desktop or a slow fix starts the walk with no position, and the report says so. Individual photos are not geofenced.

Will the app say “store” instead of “property”?

Not today. The closest built-in vocabulary is the Facilities pack, which says buildings. Store number and region work in every pack, and the code leads the name wherever a site is listed.

Is it per seat?

No. Pro is $29/month, Business $99/month and Multi-site $299/month for the whole workspace. Add every store manager and regional inspector; the price does not move.
