Automated reports: what people ask
Is the report actually automatic, or do I still format it?
Automatic. Completing the inspection generates the PDF — summary, action-items table and photos are laid out for you. There's no separate export or design step.
Can I customize what's in the report?
The report reflects whatever template you used — build custom sections and items once, and every report from that template follows it.
Can a client sign it without an account?
Yes. E-signature happens on your phone on the spot, or through a link that opens with no login. Links expire automatically.
What does it cost?
Free includes 3 inspections a month with full report generation. Pro is $29/month for unlimited inspections and inspectors, up to 20 properties (1,000 units); Business ($99/month) takes unlimited properties (5,000 units).
