Founding firms

Founding partners: we build your first community, you judge it on a real walk

Send your checklist and your community list; we set the workspace up and you run one real walk on it. If it is not better than what you do today, walk away. If it is, your firm keeps the Business plan free for as long as you use it. We are building the reference list for association management and would rather earn it than buy it. New Jersey and the Northeast first, because that is the market we know. 10 firms, then the offer closes. 1 of 10 taken.

What your firm gets

  • Your first community built for you by email — the same free setup anyone gets, done first for founding partners
  • Your first real walk on it. If the report and the follow-through are not better than what you do today, walk away and keep everything you made
  • Then the Business plan free for as long as your firm uses Sitesui — no card, no renewal, no contract
  • Unlimited associations and managers, up to 5,000 units, $99 a month you never pay
  • Board and owner links in your firm's brand alone, on every page a board member opens
  • Priority support: answered first, by the founder
  • A say in what gets built next for association management

What we ask

  • Honest feedback, the blunter the better — it decides what gets built next
  • Run your communities' common-area walks on Sitesui for real, on your cadence
  • A named case study when you have three months of walks behind you (we write it; you approve every word)
  • A twenty-minute reference call when a peer firm asks

Leave whenever you like and take every report, photo and record with you. The plan stays for as long as you stay.

The terms, plainly

  • Who qualifies. A company that manages community associations for boards, in New Jersey or the Northeast, taking on real communities — not a single self-managed association and not a consultant evaluating tools.
  • How many. 10 firms. 1 of 10 taken; 9 seats are still open. When the last one is granted this page says so.
  • What “for life” means. The Business plan at no charge for as long as your firm has an active workspace, granted to the firm’s owner email in our records. It does not transfer to another company.
  • Limits. The plan’s limits are the Business plan’s (today: up to 5,000 units, unlimited associations and managers). If Business changes, a founding firm keeps whichever is better, and we give ninety days’ written notice of any change that affects them.
  • What we ask, and what happens if it does not happen. The case study and the reference call are asked for, not enforced: a firm that stops using Sitesui or declines the case study keeps the plan while its workspace is active. We may end the grant only for abuse of the service or of another customer, with notice.
  • If you ever pay. A founding firm pays nothing for its grant. If your firm ever pays for Sitesui, for a second workspace say, the guarantee applies to that payment: If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.
  • Your data. Every report, photo and record exports as PDF, CSV and ZIP at any time, on any plan, including after you leave.
  • Questions. hello@sitesui.app; a person answers.

Not a management company, or not in the Northeast? The HOA page says what Sitesui does for associations; start free any time.
