Editorial policy
How this site is written and checked
Six rules, each one paid for. They apply to every article, answer, template page and comparison on sitesui.com.
01
A person writes it and signs it
Every article and answer on this site is written or edited by Mauricio Fernandez, who runs Sitesui and does the inspection walks the product is built for. Where a page uses a model to draft, a person reads every line before it is published, and the byline is the person who did.
02
It is checked against the product, not the brochure
Every answer page states what the product does and does not do today; an automated test refuses a page that claims a capability the product lacks. The answers were last read against the product on 2026-10-04. When the product changes, the page changes with it and the changelog says so.
03
No number without a source
We do not publish statistics, dollar figures, percentages or durations we did not measure or cannot cite to a primary source with its date and scope. Where a page once did, the sentence was removed and rewritten as the claim we can stand behind. An example figure in a worked example is labelled as an example.
04
No legal, engineering or emergency advice
Pages describe what the product records and how a workflow runs. Whether a record is admissible, what a lease or covenant allows, what a code requires, and what to do in an emergency depend on your jurisdiction, your documents and the facts — and on a professional, not a website. A checklist here is a visual walk, not a certified or regulatory inspection.
05
Comparisons are read from the competitor's own site, on a date
Each comparison page names the date it was last read (most on 2026-09-18; Buildium and AppFolio on 2026-09-29), links to the competitor's own site, says that we have not used their product as a paying customer, and separates what is a public fact from what is our reading. We say when they are the better fit.
06
Corrections are made and dated
Anything wrong on this site is corrected when we learn of it, with the date of the change on the page or in the changelog. Email hello@sitesui.app with the page and the sentence; a person answers.
Who we are: About. What the product does not do: every answer says. What we will not send: Security.
