Can I amend a report after it's been completed and shared?

Yes — Reopen to amend puts the walk back in progress, and completing it again produces revision 2 with an amendment note. The client's link keeps working throughout: it serves the last complete version with a line saying a newer one is coming.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

The report page shows the revision number and the note; the audit trail shows who amended and when.
A photo that lands after Complete (an offline queue draining) is added and the PDF redone automatically.

What it doesn't do

Earlier revisions are kept for the audit trail but the link always shows the latest complete one.
