Moving from a spreadsheet or another tool?

Properties and units import from a CSV in one step, and duplicates are skipped, so it is safe to run twice. Rather not do it yourself? Send your checklist and your community or property list — the form at sitesui.com/setup, or an email to hello@sitesui.app — and we'll build your first community for you — the checklist as a template, the properties imported — free, by email, with no call to book.

Do vendors, residents or clients need an account?

No. Each of them gets a single link that shows their one record — a work order, a report form, a quote — and nothing else. Nobody outside your team ever signs in.

Which plan fits a portfolio our size?

Every plan is priced on the pricing page and none is per seat. Free is 3 inspections a month; Pro ($19/mo) is unlimited inspections for up to 20 properties; Business ($99/mo) is the management-company plan — unlimited associations, your brand alone on every board link, and an association's homes count toward the 5,000-unit ceiling only if you add them as units; Multi-site adds regions and coverage for a chain. Tell us how many communities you manage and we will say plainly which one you need.
