New workspaces get 14 days of Business with no card, and the clock starts at your first inspection, not at signup; sample data doesn't start it. Settings → Billing shows the days left.

To keep Business or choose another plan, pick Monthly or Annual (two months free, billed once a year) and tap Continue on … with the plan name to pay by card through Stripe. A card added during the trial keeps the days you have left; the first charge comes when the trial ends. If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full.

Already subscribed? Review change shows Stripe's summary before a plan change, and the difference is invoiced at once. Manage billing & payment method opens Stripe for your card, invoices and billing details.
- 4
Pause or cancel offers a pause of one, two or three months first: nothing is billed and the plan comes back on its own, or tap Resume. One pause a year, and not during the trial, with a payment outstanding or after a cancellation is booked. Continue to cancel ends the plan at the end of the period you paid for; Keep my plan undoes it until then.

Receipts lists your last twelve invoices with View and PDF; Billing details sets the name, address and tax number printed on them.

When a trial or a plan ends, the workspace moves to Free and nothing is deleted: properties past the Free limit wait with their history, walks past 3 a month are kept with their reports held, and subscribing releases them.
If a card fails, you get an email with Pay the invoice and keep access while Stripe retries. If the invoice is still unpaid after two weeks, the workspace moves to Free; nothing is deleted.
