Properties & sites

Use store numbers and regions

For chains: find a site by its own number, scope managers to their district, and see coverage by region.

  1. 1

On a property, open Edit property and fill in Site or store # (your own number, up to 40 characters, unique in the workspace) and Region / district (district, market, division — your word). Both work on every plan, Free included.

  2. 2

A plain number shows as *#482*, and the property header reads *#482 · Northeast*. In the properties list search (*Store #, name, city, region…*) and the new-inspection picker, typing `#482` finds the site.

  3. 3

Setting a hundred sites by hand is slow: tick rows on the properties list and use Region … Set in the bar, or import a CSV with a store # and a region column. The importer also reads headers such as *store number*, *location id* or *branch*, and *district*, *market*, *territory* or *zone*; a re-import matches on the site code.

  4. 4

On Multi-site, open Settings → Team and set a member's Regions: they see only those sites, in every list, digest and report. With nothing ticked they see everything; admins can't be limited; a limited member doesn't see properties with no region.

  5. 5

On Multi-site, Coverage grades every site against its Routine walk: *Current*, *Due soon* (within 14 days), *Overdue*, *Never walked*, *No routine*. Only completed walks count. Each region shows how many of its sites are covered; click one to filter, or Export CSV.

  6. 6

Each Monday the region digest goes to the assigned managers of that region's properties, and a manager digest reaches the managers it missed.
