Pro Network Terms
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to tradespeople and contractors (“pros”) who create a pro account on Sitesui (the “Network”), operated by SiteSui LLC. They add to our Terms of Service, which also apply. If the two disagree, these terms win for pro accounts.
What the Network is
The Network lets Sitesui customers (“workspaces”) find pros near their properties by trade, send them work orders, and exchange quotes and notes. Sitesui is a directory and a messaging tool. We are not a party to any job, do not employ pros, do not guarantee work or payment, and do not take a share of what a workspace pays you.
Your account
A pro account is separate from a workspace account. It cannot open a workspace's properties, inspections or reports; it can open the work orders that were sent to you. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You must be at least 18 and legally able to do the work you list.
What you tell us must be true
Your name, company, trades, service area, license and insurance status must be accurate and kept current. Your card shows “Licensed” when you have entered a license number and “Insured” when you have said you carry liability insurance. We do not verify licenses or insurance; workspaces may ask you for proof, and you agree to provide it when asked. Listing a license or insurance you do not hold is grounds for removal and may be unlawful.
What workspaces can see
While you are listed, workspaces with a property within the distance you cover can see your name, company, trades, bio, rough distance, and your track record on the Network: jobs completed, on-time rate, and ratings. When a workspace adds you to their vendor list or sends you a job, they also receive your email and phone so they can reach you. Your license number, exact address and precise location are never shown.
You can also switch on a public profile page that anyone with its link can open, signed in or not. It shows your name, company, trades, photo, bio, service area (as a zip code and radius), whether a license number and insurance were entered, your track record and verified ratings with the customer's comment — never your license number, phone or email. It is off until you turn it on, and turning it off or unlisting takes the page down.
You can unlist yourself at any time from your profile. Unlisting removes you from search; it does not remove you from the vendor lists of workspaces that already added you, and you can still finish the jobs you have.
Jobs, quotes and payment
A work order sent to you is a request, not a contract, until you and the workspace agree. Quotes you send are offers to the workspace; an accepted quote records the agreed price for that job. The agreement is between you and the workspace, on whatever terms you two set. Payment, invoicing, permits, warranties, and disputes about the work are between you and the workspace.Sitesui does not process payment and is not responsible for non-payment or defective work.
Ratings
A workspace may rate a job once, only for a work order it sent you through the Network and marked completed. Ratings show on your card as an average and a count. We do not accept ratings from anyone else, and we will remove a rating that we determine was fabricated or violates these terms. We will not remove an honest rating because it is low.
Conduct
Use the Network only to receive and perform work. Do not use workspace contact details for marketing, do not misrepresent who you are, do not upload content you do not have the right to share, and do not attempt to access anything beyond the jobs sent to you. Treat the people at the property with respect. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
Leaving
You can delete your pro account at any time from your profile or by contacting us. Deleting removes your listing and profile. Work orders, quotes and notes remain in the workspaces that own them, as part of their record, with your name attached.
Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Network before they take effect. Continuing to use the Network after that means you accept the change.
