What happens

  1. You send the firm's name, the communities (name and town) and your checklist, pasted or described.
  2. Within a business day the workspace exists: the checklist as a template, each community as a property, your name on it.
  3. You walk one community on your phone and open the board-ready report. If it is not better than what you do today, that is the end of it.
