Inspection report grader

Answer twelve questions about a report you already produce and see which elements a board, an owner or a hearing would look for and not find. No upload, no account.

  1. 1. Does every item carry a rating on a fixed scale (Good / Fair / Poor, or pass / fail)?

  2. 2. Is every Poor or failed item photographed?

  3. 3. Do the photos carry the date and time they were taken?

  4. 4. Where it matters, is the location recorded on the photo or the item?

  5. 5. Is each finding written as what was seen, not what was felt?

  6. 6. Does the report say who walked it and when, on the first page?

  7. 7. Is there a summary a board member can read in two minutes?

  8. 8. Does the report list what needs a decision separately from what is already being fixed?

  9. 9. Is every open item connected to a work order or an owner and a date?

  10. 10. For move-out or damage reports, is the earlier condition shown beside the current one?

  11. 11. Is it signed, and by everyone whose agreement matters?

  12. 12. Can someone open it later from a link, without a login, and get the same document?

Every element above is on a Sitesui report by default. All free tools.
