Can work orders and completed inspections go to Zapier, Make or my own system?

Yes — webhooks post inspection.completed, work_order.opened, work_order.completed, work_order.invoiced and work_order.paid to any URL, signed, with retries. Point Zapier or Make at them and the rest of your stack hears about the walk.

How it works

Settings → Integrations: add a URL, pick events, copy the signing secret.
Deliveries and their responses are listed so a failing endpoint is visible; an endpoint that keeps failing is paused and you are told.

What it doesn't do

Outbound only; there is no inbound API for creating inspections yet.
Native connectors to property-management systems are on the roadmap, not live.
