How it works
- Business: $99/month per firm, or $990/year; unlimited associations and managers.
- Homes count only if you add them as units (up to 5,000); a common-area walk does not need them.
- A single self-managed association fits Pro at $29/month with 20 properties.
- Chains and districts with more than 5,000 units move to Multi-site at $299/month.
What it doesn't do
- If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full. After those 30 days, started billing periods are non-refundable.
- A capped number of founding firms get Business free for life; the founding page shows whether seats are left.
