On a property, find the Owner link card and tap Create owner link (Pro). Then Copy link, Preview it as they will see it, or Print sign to post it on site.

The page opens without a login and shows every completed report, the inspections on file, when it was last walked, what is due next, the work orders and the before-and-after comparisons.

For an owner with several properties, give each property the same Client name; the property page then offers Share all of their properties, one link that covers every property with that client name.

To stop a link, tap Turn off (owners and admins). A link doesn't expire on its own. To give someone a fresh link, turn the old one off and create a new one: the old address stops working.

Turning a link on or off is written to the audit log.
