Let residents report issues

One link and QR poster for the workspace; reports land triaged in your queue; residents get a reference and a status page, no login.

  1. 1

Go to Resident reports. Under *Your report link*: Copy link, QR poster (add where it's going up, then Update poster), Area stickers (up to 30 a sheet, named after your properties), and More templates for a short-term rental placard, an HQS door hanger or a violation-notice QR. Preview shows the form as residents see it.

  2. 2

The form asks where it is and what's wrong, how urgent (Low, Normal, Urgent), up to five photos, and optionally a name, an email for updates and a pinned location. It has an English | Español switch and opens in the phone's language.

  3. 3

Reports that mention a gas smell, carbon monoxide, fire or smoke, sparking or exposed wiring, flooding, sewage, an injury, a blocked exit, an elevator entrapment or a downed line are marked *Possible safety issue* and sorted first, whatever else happens. When AI is available it also suggests the trade, urgency and a title, marked for you to review.

  4. 4

Each report gets a reference and a status page. A resident who left an email gets a receipt, a note when a work order is raised, one when the contractor says it's done, and one when it's resolved; the status page lets them add a photo or note, and after a fix asks Yes, it's fixed or Still broken, which reopens it.

  5. 5

In your queue: Create work order (the vendor for the trade fills in), Resolve, Duplicate, Reopen or Tell them it's fixed. Owners, admins and the property's manager get an email for each new report if they have it switched on.

Rotate link (owners and admins) makes a new link; the old link and every printed poster stop working.

On Free, reports are still taken and the resident still gets a receipt; your inbox shows how many are waiting and they open the moment the workspace is on Pro or the trial.
