Pick a template — the built-in library covers move-in/out, routine, HOA common areas, store walks and more; you can edit any of them later.

Search for the property, or type a new address on the spot. Tap Start.

Walk the checklist: one tap rates each item. Rating something Poor opens a note, a photo button and *Create work order* right there.
