Getting started

See it with sample data

Three properties, finished walks, work orders, vendors and resident reports, loaded in seconds and removed in one click.

    Open Settings → Sample data (owners and admins see it). It comes with Pro and the trial: it creates several inspections, which would use up a Free month.

    Tap Load sample data. It builds three properties, five vendors, three inspections with photos (two completed, one in progress), three work orders with vendors on them, and two resident reports, one of which the AI flags as a hazard.

    Sample properties and inspections are marked as sample, so they don't count toward the trial or the Free allowance.

    Open a completed inspection to see the report, the photos and the work orders it produced; open Resident reports to see how a report is triaged.

  5. 5

    When you're done, Remove sample data asks once, then deletes everything it created, photos included. Nothing you created yourself is touched.
