What goes wrong

• The PDF was attached to an email in July and the owner has a new phone.
• Two owners share a surname and the wrong report went once; it was noticed.
• Every month costs twenty minutes of searching and one apology.

What to do now

   Set the owner on each of their properties (once; the import does it in bulk).

   Send each owner their property's owner link — one URL, their whole history, no login.

   Owners with several properties get one client-wide link for all of them.

   Business removes the Sitesui name from those pages if the report is your brand.
