Can a district manager see only their own sites?

Yes — on Multi-site, give the person one or more regions and they see only the properties, walks and work orders in them; the coverage page and their Monday digest are scoped the same way. Everyone else sees the whole workspace.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

  • Put a region on each property (or import it); assign regions on the team page.
  • Scoped access is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

What it doesn't do

  • Region scoping is Multi-site; Pro and Business are whole-workspace.
