Is my data secure, and who can see it?

Each workspace's rows are isolated by database-level policies that every query passes through, photos are in private storage served only through short-lived signed links, a backup to a second provider is scheduled nightly (the date of the last completed copy is on the status page), and passwords are checked against known breaches every time one is chosen. Only your members see your data; we look only when you ask us to, and that is logged.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

The security page lists the specifics; a filled-in questionnaire and a DPA are published for your compliance team.
Every session is per device; sign out everywhere from Settings → Security.

What it doesn't do

Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is not switched on yet.
Formal certifications (a third-party audit) are not something we claim today.
