How it works
- The vendor opens the work order from their link, sees the photos and the note, and taps Send a quote with an amount and what is included.
- Settings → Work orders: "Quotes need approval over" sets the amount; below it the vendor just carries on.
- You accept or decline the quote on the work order, and the vendor sees the answer on their link.
- Quotes to your own client are separate: built from an inspection's findings, sent by link, accepted with a signature.
What it doesn't do
- No multi-vendor bidding: one job, one vendor at a time.
- Sitesui does not take payments between you and the vendor; it records invoiced and paid.
