How does vendor dispatch work — do vendors need an account?

No account: the vendor gets an email with a link to the order — photos, address, access notes, the ask — and answers from that link: accept, an ETA, a price, done with photos. Everything they say lands on the order.

How it works

Add vendors with a trade, email and phone; tag which properties they cover.
Dispatch from the order; the email goes in your workspace's name.
Reminders go out the day before the due date or ETA.

What it doesn't do

Vendors never see costs unless you put a price on the order for them.
