Can I run NSPIRE inspections in Sitesui?

You can run the walk before the NSPIRE inspection in Sitesui: the built-in NSPIRE pre-inspection template covers the unit, the inside of the building and the outside, and each failed item becomes a work order. The NSPIRE inspection itself is done by HUD or the housing authority under HUD's standards; Sitesui does not score properties or submit anything to HUD.

How it works

Choose the NSPIRE pre-inspection template; it is in every workspace.
Walk the unit, then the inside of the building, then the outside, photographing each item.
Rate a deficiency Poor and it becomes a work order with the photo.
Before the inspection, export the walk as a PDF to show what was found and fixed.

What it doesn't do

It does not list every NSPIRE deficiency; HUD publishes the full standards.
Properties still inspected under HQS should use the Section 8 / HQS template.
