How it works
- Templates → New, or Copy on a built-in one.
- Add sections and items; mark an item photo-required if a finding must carry evidence.
- Custom fields on properties (lease expiry, meter number…) print on the report too.
What it doesn't do
- Templates are built in the editor; a Word or Excel checklist is not imported as a file — rebuild it from the closest library template, or email it and we build it into a template for you.

Custom templates are on Free, and so is every library template to start from.
