Which inspection templates are built in?

30 templates ship with every workspace: move-in, move-out and damage record; routine, exterior and grounds, roof, HVAC and preventive rounds; HOA common areas and covenant drives; commercial property (the store walk), fire and life-safety, safety and compliance; construction (pre-drywall, punch list, final walkthrough, 11-month warranty); Section 8 / HQS; turnover and between-guest checks; work-order verification and re-inspection. Eight are published in full on the site with a PDF of each.
