How do I delete my account and everything in it?

Settings → Danger zone → Delete workspace: access ends at once for everyone, the owner has seven days to restore it, and on the eighth day every live record is deleted — backups age out on their rolling 35-day schedule, so it is gone from every copy within six weeks. Deleting your own login removes it the same day; records you made stay with the workspace.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

  • Export first if you want a copy; the deletion page offers it.
  • A person (not a workspace) can leave a team from Settings, or ask to have their profile removed.

What it doesn't do

  • An active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion; started periods are not refunded.
