Can I cancel anytime, and what happens to my data?

Yes — Settings → Billing → Manage billing, and the plan ends at the close of the paid period with nothing charged after. Your records stay readable on Free; paid features and Business branding switch off, and you can export everything at any time.

How it works

Cancellation is a week, not a moment: you can pause instead, or undo within the period.
Export: CSV of properties and inspections, PDF of any report, a ZIP of every photo — from Settings.
Deleting the workspace outright has a seven-day grace before anything is purged.

What it doesn't do

If Sitesui hasn't earned its place in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund that payment in full. After those 30 days, started billing periods are non-refundable.
