How it works
- Properties come over from Buildium by CSV on Properties → Import CSV.
- Completed inspections and work-order events go out as signed webhooks to Zapier, Make or your own endpoint.
- Residents report by QR into the same queue as inspection findings, and vendors work orders from a no-login link.
- The comparison page lists what Buildium wins.
What it doesn't do
- Sitesui is not a property-management system: no accounting, leasing, rent collection or screening.
- There is no Buildium integration and no two-way sync; CSV in, webhooks out.
