Is Sitesui home inspection software?

Only partly: it is inspection software an inspector uses for condition walks (rental and pre-listing condition reports, builder warranty walks, insurance and property-condition inspections), with a branded PDF and an e-signature. It is not a pre-purchase home-inspection report writer like Spectora or HomeGauge, so a licensed home inspector writing narrative buyer reports should keep that tool.

How it works

  • Build your checklist as a template, or start from the residential, roof, HVAC or exterior templates among the 36 built in.
  • Walk and rate on the phone; photos are timestamped and can be annotated with an arrow or a circle.
  • Complete, and the PDF carries your logo and colors; the client signs on your phone or through a link, no account.
  • A failed item can become a work order to a contractor from the same report, which a buyer-report writer does not do.

What it doesn't do

  • No narrative report writer, no comment library, no scheduling, agreements or payments: the things a pre-purchase home inspector's software is built around.
  • No state-form templates such as the Texas TREC report.
  • Reports are PDFs with a share link, not the interactive web reports Spectora produces.
