What counts as a unit, and what happens at the limit?

A property with units counts each unit; a property with none counts as one — a 40-door building is 40, a single-family home is 1, and an association added without its homes as units is 1. Past the ceiling, the property is saved and held instead of refused — readable, no new walks on it until the plan has room, released by itself on upgrade or when you archive another; nothing you already have is touched.

How it works

  • Ceilings: 10 on Free, 1,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business, 25,000 on Multi-site.
  • An association's homes count only if you add them as units, for per-home walks; a common-area walk needs none, so forty associations without units use forty.
  • Settings → Billing shows the meter; the import preview says how many rows fit before it runs.

What it doesn't do

  • Storage (1 GB / 50 GB / 200 GB / 500 GB) is fair use, not a meter — evidence is never deleted at the line.

Which plan

Pro

Pro stops at 20 properties (1,000 units); a management company with more communities is on Business (5,000 units).
