Getting started

Can I import my properties from a spreadsheet?

Yes — export a CSV from your current system or a sheet, drop it on Properties → Import, check the preview and import. Units, site codes, regions and walk cadence come in from their columns, and duplicates are skipped so re-running is safe.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

  • Headers are matched by common names (address, city, store #, region, units, cadence…); the preview says which columns it understood and which it ignored.
  • A rent roll with one row per unit is folded into one property carrying all its units.
  • Cells it could not read (a cadence like “Q”, a units cell like “ground floor”) are listed before you press Import.

What it doesn't do

  • Up to the plan's unit ceiling: 10 on Free, 1,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business, 25,000 on Multi-site; rows past it are reported, not silently dropped.
  • Geocoding runs after the import; a bad address shows up unpinned on the map until fixed.

Which plan

Free

Import is on every plan; the ceiling is what changes.
