What happens when I've used my free inspections for the month?

You can keep walking — the fourth inspection is saved in full, photos and all, but its report, share link and PDF are held until the workspace is on a paid plan. Nothing is refused at the door and nothing is lost: your photos and notes export any time from the walk's page.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

  • The New-inspection page says where you stand before the walk: 1 of 3, last one, or past the allowance.
  • A held report unlocks the moment the workspace upgrades — nothing to redo.
  • A new month brings 3 new free walks; it does not release a report held the month before.
  • The allowance counts inspections created in the calendar month; deleting one does not hand it back.

What it doesn't do

  • Held reports cannot be shared, emailed, downloaded or signed until released.
