Add vendors under Vendors: name, trade, phone, email, company, and Default for this trade. Make default moves the star; a property can have its own vendors on its Vendors tab.
- 2
When a work order needs a vendor, Sitesui picks this property's vendor for the trade first, then the workspace default, then any vendor with that trade. You can change it before you send.
- 3
Dispatch emails the vendor the property and unit, priority, trade, due date, the description and a link to the photos, with a button to open the job. Replies go to whoever sent it. The link works for 60 days.
- 4
From the link, with no login, the vendor can Accept, Give a date, Send a quote, Can't take this, Mark done, Add a note or photo and, once it's done, Send invoice. Each answer shows on the work order, and done, declined, quoted and invoiced are also emailed to whoever created the job.
- 5
The day before the due date or the date they gave, the vendor gets a reminder while their link is live.
- 6
On the work order, Copy the link to send it yourself, Send link again, Revoke it, or Print sign for the site. Reassigning the job cancels the old link.
- 7
Find crew looks for tradespeople on the Sitesui network near your properties and adds one to your list. Performance shows each vendor's jobs, median days to complete and on-time rate, with Export CSV.
Texts from Sitesui are paused while our number finishes carrier verification: a vendor with only a phone number gets nothing from us yet, so copy the link and text it from your own phone.
