How it works
- Open sitesui.com on the phone, sign up with an email, and add the job as a property.
- Start a walk from the punch list template; add a photo, a room and a rating per item, offline if the site has no signal.
- Rate an item Poor and send it to the sub as a work order; the sub opens a link, no app and no login, and closes it with an after photo.
- Tap Complete for the PDF the homeowner or the general contractor gets, with every open item listed.
What it doesn't do
- No App Store or Google Play listing: it is a web app that installs from the browser.
- Free is a preview with a monthly cap on inspections; a walk past the cap is saved and its report waits for a paid plan.
- Items cannot be pinned to drawings; Fieldwire and Procore do that.
