Can I see a property's inspection history over time?

Yes — the property page lists every walk with its condition, who did it and when, the open work orders, and the last-walked date against its cadence; the owner link shows the same history to the owner. Multi-site's coverage page does it for every site at once.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

Properties → the property → History.
CSV export of inspections includes property, date, condition and inspector for a spreadsheet view.

What it doesn't do

No charting of condition scores over time in the app; the CSV is where that lives.
