Can I see who changed what, and when?

Yes — every inspection, property and work order has an activity trail with the person, the action and the time; photos carry who took them; report revisions are numbered with their amendment notes. The workspace-wide audit log is on the admin's side of Settings.

Checked against the product on 2026-10-04. If the product changes, this page changes with it.

How it works

Open the record → Activity.
Signed reports record the signer and the time; approved reports record the approver.

What it doesn't do

The trail records what changed, not a full before/after diff of every field.
