Does Sitesui use AI, and for what?

In one customer-facing place, and it is narrow: when AI is available, a language model suggests a trade and urgency for each resident report (the safety flag for reports that mention gas, smoke, water or exposed wiring does not need it). It never rates an item, writes a finding or touches a report; the summary a completed walk gets when you leave the box blank is plain arithmetic on your ratings, not a model.

How it works

Triage runs after the report is saved and only ranks; a person still reads every report.
Nothing about your properties is used to train anything.
