How do I hand an association to a new community manager?

Reassign the association's scheduled walks and open work orders to the new manager in one pass; the history, the board link and the vendors stay with the association, not the person. The new manager's first walk uses the same template, so the board sees no change.

How it works

Settings → Team: add the new manager; Bulk reassign from the inspections and work-orders lists.
Internal notes on each community carry what the previous manager knew.
If the manager is leaving the firm, remove the seat; nothing they made goes with them.

What it doesn't do

Reassignment is per association, not a single “transfer everything” button — a firm with forty associations does it by filter.
