Can I use Sitesui for a reserve study or component condition walk?

For the condition walk, yes: a template with one item per component (roofs, paving, pool equipment, fencing, elevators), rated with photos, gives the reserve specialist a dated condition record and the board a picture of what is aging. Sitesui does not do the funding math — that stays with the reserve study.
