How do I inspect a pool, clubhouse and other amenities?

The Amenity inspection template covers the pool and spa (gates, latches, signage, chemicals log, rescue equipment, deck), clubhouse, fitness room, playground and courts, each with photo-required items where a missing latch is a liability. Run it weekly in season, monthly otherwise, and let a Poor become a work order to the pool company, sent with the photo.

How it works

  • Photo-required on the gate latch and the rescue equipment means the walk cannot complete without the picture.
  • Findings dispatch to the pool or landscape vendor with the photo; they answer “done” with theirs.
  • Residents report the broken gate by QR sticker at the pool between walks.

What it doesn't do

  • Water chemistry is recorded as numbers, not measured — the pool operator's log is still the pool operator's.

Pro

The template is free; the dispatch to the pool company and the resident sticker are Pro (included in Business).
